Overview
BLVD Gardens is a major placemaking project for Coburg in Melbourne’s north. With more than 50 townhouses and 100 apartments, this project demanded a brand and design with a level of flexibility to appeal to a wide demographic.
We developed a visual language which emphasised the sense of sanctuary a project of this scale can provide, with a focus on the quiet tree-lined streets, public open areas and seclusion from the nearby vibrant commercial precinct.
With a strong focus on amenity, community and family life, BLVD Gardens is sure to stand apart in the market. This is truly visionary project, and we were proud to be part of a motivated team with a passion for ensuring its complete success.
